Lane's plays have been performed at over eight hundred theatres in every state in the continental U.S. and on six continents. Lane has received script commissions from Classika Theatre, Women Playwrights' Initiative, Human Race Summer Stock Kids, Zoot Theatre Company, CityFolk and the Mascot Organization. Lane founded SWAN (Support Women Artists Now) Day Dayton.
